The subscription fee for the Cuadra STAR Hosted Service provides for access to your data 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except for scheduled backups and maintenance periods and use of one standard STAR application of your choice, over the Internet. Additional STAR applications can be added at any time for a nominal charge. The basic fee includes:

• daily backup of customer data
• online access to STAR documentation
• generous disk storage and data transmission allowances
• maintenance of software
• protection of customer data and communications through secure HTTP for private Web sessions and encryption for Windows-based sessions
• provision for disaster recovery and data restoration
• periodic reports of system use

Options are available for data conversion, customization, and training at your site, at Cuadra offices, or over the Internet.
